What will I get out of this program?

Over the course of your time in this training program, you’ll get a basic understanding of weightlifting, strength & conditioning, injury prevention, different lifts, organization of a training schedule, and self-sufficiency in the weight room.

Why do I need to fill out an application & do a health screening?

This is a standard training program pre-requisite in most gyms/the industry. This is to ensure you’re healthy enough for bi-weekly training & coaching.

Can I sign up for both timeslots?

No – we will only allow people to sign up for one time slot. Two hours of training is too much and things will be repeated in both sessions.

Is this like crossfit?

This is NOT cross fit. This is a strength & conditioning program that will apply to life and climbing.

I've never lifted before and don't even know what a dumbbell is - can I sign up?

YES! This program is accessible to ALL levels, including beginners with little to no experience.

Is this something I can do for one month then stop? How long is this program intended for?

This program is intended to be taken as long as a person feels it benefits them. This could be taken for as little as one month, or indefinitely. The minimum suggested time by Ryan is at least 6 months; however it’s highly encouraged to continue past this period.
