Pole dance is a full body work out that burns calories, builds muscle, and tones your body. In our classes you will be introduced to the differences between a static and spinning pole and the benefits that come with it. We offer a variety of classes & instructors for different level students.

Belly Dance Classes

 

Belly Dance Movements focus on isolation, abdominal control, and arms. Originating in the Middle East and Northern Africa thousands of years ago. Our instructor, Sheena, is trained primarily in Egyptian and Tribal styles of belly dance.

Yoga Classes

 

Yoga classes will help improve flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness while building both physical and mental strength. We offer multiple classes focusing on different things including strength, mobility, and breath work. These classes are available for all levels.

Functional Range Conditioning

 

As a chiropractor specializing in human movement and rehab, Ryan strives to integrate house concepts with education. By addressing basic movement patterns and understanding the ‘why’ around rehab exercises, we’re able to directly target our unique pay
or performance goals.

What pole class should I take for my first time?

For first timers, we strongly recommend taking our Intro to Pole Dance class.
If you have any questions about which class is right for you, please reach out to pole@rocknasium.com.

Can I still take a pole class if I'm not strong or flexible?

That’s fine! These classes are great for building both strength and flexibility, but there is no minimum requirement.

What should I wear to class?

Each class has different recommendations for what to wear to succeed in class. Check out the “What should I wear?” tab on each class to learn more about a specific class.

I have a group of friends and we all want to take a class together, but we are more than 4 people/we are having trouble getting everyone booked for the same class!

No problem! A privately scheduled session would probably be best for your group! Please email us for more information & scheduling.

Is there personal training available? I want to work on specific things, or I do not feel comfortable in a group setting.

What do I sign up as if I'm not a member, but want to become one?
Sign up and pay the drop-in rate. After your class, we’ll get you signed up at the front desk and credit the $15 drop-in rate towards your membership.

Any bookings made as a member without a membership will be automatically cancelled.
