Every day, except Saturday! Check out the schedule here. Classes are also listed on our Google Calendar! Classes take place in our dedicated yoga studio upstairs at the gym. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.Who are the instructors?
All of our teachers are certified instructors and hold their own liability insurance. Our instructors have varying teaching styles and experience. Check out their bios to learn more. Or take a class to learn first-hand!What are classes like? What’s the style?
Our classes are small and comfortable, with an 8 student maximum, giving them an intimate feel and allowing a great opportunity for students to get individual attention and adjustment of alignment from the instructor. As for style, each class is different – titles can be found on the schedule, and more detailed class descriptions are found here.
All classes run between 1 hour and 1hr15min, all are beginner-friendly (unless otherwise specified) but also appropriate for advanced students.Why would I do yoga?
Like climbing, our fitness classes are a complete activity combining mental and physical components. The benefits of these classes can range from stress-relief, better health, wellbeing and body-awareness, to greater mental clarity and new understandings of spirituality. Our fitness classes also is an excellent complement to climbing because it improves strength, flexibility, balance and body control, as well as one’s ability to remain calm in moments of insecurity and discomfort.Sounds great! How do I sign up?
Figure out which class is right for you – find them on our schedule - then drop in OR pre-register with a staff member at the front desk OR by calling Rocknasium at 530-757-2902. Drop-ins are always welcome, but pre-registration will secure your spot in the class if it fills up.Do you offer personal training or private lessons?
