Rocknasium is proud to offer a fine selection of classes taught by our team of excellent instructors!
Rocknasium’s yoga and group fitness programs started several years ago as an informal early morning class for a group of our gym’s members who wanted a new way to complement their climbing. Now, we have a yoga and group fitness program with a variety of yoga, AcroYoga, pilates and group exercise classes and instructors – our mission is to bring yoga to climbers and community members alike who are looking for an approachable and challenging practice. Our classes offer stress-relief, new approaches to wellness, and an awesome physical outlet to increase your flexibility, strength and balance.

Pre-registration is preferred as class size is limited. Drop-ins are of course welcome!
