We always regret when members have to leave us but we understand that this does happen.
If you would like to cancel your membership we are happy to accommodate you and there are NO FEES!
All cancellations must be processed in writing.
You can do that in one of the following ways:
1) stop by the gym and ask your nearest staff member to cancel your membership - we’ll have you fill out a quick form and you’ll be on your way!

2) You can print out this form and drop it off in person OR
4) Use that old-school pony express mail system and send it to the gym:

Please note that in order to make any membership changes official Rocknasium must receive notice in writing using the form that can be found in the links to the left.
Also note that all changes must usually be made before the 25th of the month prior.
